If you are studying from abroad and wish to obtain a visa to stay in the United States as an ESL student, you will need to also pay a minimum of 10 weeks of study, or $1950.00 and $40.00 for your first level of books.  

When we receive your payment and Application Form, we will send you your I-20 and enrollment letter.

Prospective students must show the ability to benefit from our programs and meet eligibility standards.

You will need the following items for your local US Embassy or Consulate in order to obtain your F-1 Student Visa:

  • Letter of Acceptance and I-20 form from Word-Wide ESL Institute.
  • Receipt for Registration Fee and Tuition payment from Word-Wide ESL Institute.
  • Proof of financial ability to attend the school and live in the United States.
  • Proof of Medical Insurance.
  • Student Visa Application and payment of SEVIS fees.

Note:  If you are denied a visa by the US Embassy and do not enter the United States, your entire prepaid tuition will be returned to you, minus the $100.00 nonrefundable Application Fee and used fees, such as those fees used to mail your I-20 to you or wire transfer fees.  You must submit your request for refund in writing to Word-Wide ESL Institute and send the original I-20 issued to you from WordWide and your denial letter from the US Embassy.  Your refund will be mailed or wired to you within 30 days of our receipt of your request and documentation of the proof of denial.
