Word-Wide ESL Institute accepts all students who show an ability to benefit from our programs.

Requirements to enroll in Word-Wide ESL Institute's Program:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Enrollment Application
• Non-Refundable Application Fee $100 US
• Proof of medical insurance
• Proof of financial ability
• Placement Test
• International students requiring an I-20 need to apply for a 10-week minimum
• Enroll any Monday

If you are already in the United States, you can transfer to Word-Wide ESL Institute with an Application Form and our Transfer Request Form.  Once we receive this document, we will send it to your old school, and they will transfer you to our school with no negative affect on your visa status.

How To Apply

Send us your Application form and $100 Application fee.

We will contact you with the necessary invoice and information based upon your length of study and other requirements such as payment choices and how to send proof of financial ability and student insurance.

Once you have paid for your initial 10 weeks (or longer depending upon the country you are visiting us from), we will send you:

• Letter of Acceptance
• I-20 Nonimmigrant Alien Student Form from Word-Wide ESL Institute
• Receipt for Application Fee and Prepaid Tuition Payment

Then, you can make your appointment online with the US Embassy or Consul nearest you.  You will need to pay SEVIS $200 for your appointment. 

During your interview, you will need to provide the following (and other documents as requested by the US consulate officer):

• All documents provided to you by Word-Wide ESL Institute
• Proof of financial ability to study in the United States for the length of time stated on your Application form and your I-20 form.
• Proof of medical insurance.  Please note, student medical insurance is usually cheaper when purchased in your country.
• A copy of your Student Visa Application and receipt for SEVP fees, $200.
